Shipping & Returns

Shipping is $10 for all orders. Please allow 2-14 business days to receive your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking info. Please be aware that we are NOT responsible for any delivery issues once the order has been shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.

All sales are final unless there was an error on our end. If there are any issues with your order please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to TriosOneStopShop@gmail.com. These errors must be reported within 24-48 Hours of receiving your order. In the email please explain the issues with your order and include photos if applicable. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with instructions to return the item for an exchange. At this time we do not offer refunds or accept returns due to COVID-19.
